MMA Architectural Systems supplied and installed over 500 m² of Jakob Webnet this newly built sports hall at St Dominic’s College in Harrow. The mesh, now covered with climbing plants, has created a freestanding green wall that not only provides shade for the building but also effectively camouflages it, allowing it to blend into its surroundings.
Climbing plants were planted in galvanized steel containers to grow up the Jakob Webnet. Planted in spring 2009, impressive coverage had already been achieved by summer.
