In Melbourne, Jakob Rope Systems' partner Tensile had the opportunity to show how Jakob's products can contribute to both design and safety.
The idea of the building was to create an open and bright landscape across all three floors to provide natural light and better air circulation - the aim was to create a strong and protective barrier without feeling bulky and spoiling the view.
Tensile opted for a solution with stainless steelarchitectural ropes hung vertically and extending along all three floors. To blend in better with the design, these were painted black.
Put together, it creates something more than just design, it creates safety - a concept that is both stylish and a fall protection that protects so that no one gets hurt.
